Annual Scholarship Dinner Committee
Since September 2002, the EBLRLA has organized gala dinners in downtown Oakland to provide scholarships for self-identified Latina/o law students who live, work or study in Alameda or Contra Costa counties.
Additionally, the annual dinner honors Latina/o judges and provides an opportunity for the local legal community to come together, support and celebrate future Latina/o lawyers.
In 2009, the annual scholarship dinner will return to the fall semester — in response to the requests of local Latina/o law student leaders.
