East Bay La Raza Lawyers Association

Mentorship Committee

In response to a request by the Berkeley La Raza Law Students Association, the EBLRLA launched a Mentorship Program on October 29, 2008 to enable local law students to meet and seek mentoring from Latina/o lawyers.

Past EBLRLA president Elena Condes hosted the opening reception of about twenty law students, lawyers, judges and other legal workers at her office in Berkeley, and Alameda County Superior Court Judge Leo Dorado spoke on the importance of mentorship and the launching of this new program.
